Destiny

 

We have studied on creation and the three world ages written of in the 2^nd book of Peter. We must understand that for each earth age there is a corresponding heaven age. In Paul’s writings, he writes of things hard to understand. Things pertaining to your soul, which is celestial, which we in the flesh which is terrestrial find hard to comprehend, because we put limits on God and his power and his wisdom or his love .

In Ephesians chapter 1 verse 4 what Paul says is, “according as he hath chosen us in him, before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love.” If you could sum up in a few sentences what is said in this one verse, you would understand Gods plan from the beginning of the very creation of souls to their end, or that time when they put on immortality. But for now let’s study on this term before the foundation of the world.

We find this term used numerous times in the New Testament as well as the old. Jesus spoke of it as well as the Apostles. It is obvious from the scriptures that our souls were created at some point in time before the foundation of this world age. How long before the scriptures do not say. It could have been millions and millions of ages ago and probably is! That there was a world order or system if you wish to call it that, in a world age before this world age we are in now is pretty well documented by the scriptures. In Job chapter 38 it describes a world in which all the angels sang for joy. This word angel is nephesh, which is also used for soul along with rauch or spirit meaning breath of life. These souls were created eons ago and it must have been obvious from Paul’s teaching that God had for-knowledge of our souls. How could this be if the soul hadn’t been created before the foundation of this earth age of flesh?

Our souls are also called children of God and rightly so because God created all souls. Many people don’t understand this but Satan is also one of Gods children. We read in the scriptures where Satan led a third of Gods children away from God in the Tohu Va Bohu, or Katabole as it is in the Greek language,  thereby causing God to destroy the world that then was. When we say, Satan led Gods children away we mean in a sense of allegiance.

There are those souls with God which have not yet been born of woman through the bag of waters to pass through this earth age in the flesh, and there are those souls with God in paradise which have passed through this earth age of flesh, and they have returned back to the father at the shedding of flesh at death.

  And of course there are souls, which are presently in the flesh bodies that now occupy this earth and at their death will return back to the Father. The flesh will return back to the dust and minerals of the earth that sustained it.

Is there reincarnation? Not according to the bible. You pass through this life of flesh one time only.

It is only through this soul that God places in us that we have hope for eternal life. Not one soul has yet perished. That will not happen until the Great White Throne Judgment of God.

I think if we ponder for a bit we might wonder why God made us at all in the flesh. I mean we were already his children minus the flesh!  However, that was before the overthrow and God rather than to destroy his children made a way that we might choose whether to serve him or Satan.

True love can only come from a soul that has free choice. It cannot be faked, or demanded, it cannot be bought. God has no need for any robots! It must come from the heart. If we look at this world today, we can certainly see what a true test of love it can be.

 God knows our souls from before. He knows how we preformed then, but we have a free choice in this earth age. So how can Apostle Paul say that you are called or chosen, foreordained, predestinated even before the foundation of this world? Because it is true. We in the flesh cannot possibly know this until our love has matured to the point of understanding and accepting it. It is only then that you know in your heart and mind that you were Called or Chosen, that you have a destiny. Do you have a destiny?

  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Have You Been Deceived?

Friend I tell you today you don't have to be "had" or deceived by anyone or anything! There are some great study tools available for even the most basic reader. They are not very expensive. I recommend the King James 1611 Bible along with The Exaustive Strong's Concordance of the Bible. I use The companion Bible which has 198 very helpful appendixes in the back which covers a wide varity of subjects.

So much of the Bible is written in figures of speach, symbology, metaphors, referances to numbers and so forth, that if you don't get the true meanings of these things you will not get a clear understanding of just what the scripture is saying.

For instance, there is a scripture which is a figure of speach that says you are to "take up the serpent". There have been folks died handeling snakes. This is dumb and rediculous. They don't understand the true meaning of that scripture. Who was that serpant anyway? Remember the Garden of Eden? I really don't think snakes have read the Bible.

Satan just loves that lie about the snake and the apple! I can just hear him laughing up his sleave when he hears someone teach those lies! And taught right there in the pulpits of our churches!.

Satan does not have 2 horns and does not go around dressed in a red suit carying a pitchfork.

I beg of you please do not be deceived. Study the Bible for yourself and don't take just anybodys word fo it Not even mine! You will find the Bible will come alive for you. After all, it is the Greatest Book Ever Written!

Hell

The word “Hell” is the English rendering of two different Greek words in the New Testament.

The English word is from the Anglo-Saxon hel, Genitive case Helle=a hidden place, from the Anglo-Saxon helan=to hide.

It is in the New Testament used as the translation of two Greek words:-

1. Gehenna. Greek geenna. This is the transliteration of the Hebrew Gai Hinnom. i.e. the Valley of Hinnom or “the Valley” of the sons of Hinnom, where were the fires through which children were passed in the worship of Moloch.

In the Old Testament, Tophet was the Hebrew word used, because it was a place in this valley.

In the time of Jesus Christ days the idolatry had ceased, but the fires were still continually burning for the destruction of the refuse or garbage of Jerusalem. In other words, the garbage dump.

2. Hades. Greek hades, from a word meaning the unseen world.

The Hebrew word Sheol is a word Devine in its origin and usage. The Greek word Hades is human in its origin and  comes down to us laden with centuries of development, in which it has acquired new senses, and meanings, and usages.

3. Tartaroo is a Greek word meaning the prison where the Titans or Giants [Rephaim] are held.

The Bottomless Pit is the lowest point of degradation.
