The Mark of the Beast

 

Revelations Chapter Thirteen

    We are going into the study of the MARK of the BEAST. What is this so-called MARK? Let us see if we can uncover the great mysteries that are connected with this “MARK”.

    We must realize first of all that God does not deal with comic book characters or fictitious beings or animals as I have done in my effort to teach. However, he does use symbols to indicate powers in the world today. If we look at them as some grotesque animal, then we are missing the truth that God wants us to grasp.

    Verse one: And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and I saw a beast rise up out of the sea having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns, ten crowns, and upon his head the names of blasphemy. [Water means people: so it means; I saw a beast rise up from the people. The seven heads are seven nations or continents. A One World System or New World Order. The seventeenth chapter explains what the symbols mean. There are actually two “BEASTS” in this chapter. One is political and the other is religious. The word “BEAST” simply mean living creatures.]

    Verse two: And the beast which I saw was like unto a Leopard, [This means it is a political system] And his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the Dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority. [This Dragon is Satan. God has allowed this Dragon to lead these political groups. The Leopard is as in the book of Daniel. The Bear most people already know who this one is: Russia. But the important thing is that it will be Satan the Dragon who will be head of this ONE WORLD SYSTEM in the end times. This is the one who is called “ANTI-CHRIST” meaning FAKE.]

    Verse three: And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death, and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. [How does a political beast or system receive a deadly wound? The ONE WORLD “PEACE” SYSTEM will almost come into being, but there shall be a strong break between the two super powers tangled up in a babble of confusion.]

    Verse four: And they worshipped the Dragon [Satan] which gave power unto the Beast:[this one world peace system], and they worshipped the Beast,[Satan], saying, “who is like unto the Beast? Who is able to make war with him?” [Well no one would dare to make war because there will be total agreement in this ONE WORLD SYSTEM. No one that is, except THE ELECT!]

    Verse five: And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies: [claiming to be God and promising you your hearts desires] And power was given unto him to continue fourty and two months. [When a prophecy is given in months it is concerning Satan and so this is about three and one half years, shortened by ten days for the sake of the ELECT.]

    Verse six: And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, and His tabernacle, and them that dwell in Heaven. [Calling himself God and even sitting in the very seat of the temple as explained in Second Thessalonians chapter two.]

   And it was given unto him to make war with the Saints, and to overcome them: [ This is going to be a spiritual war where he will try to convence the people that he is GOD. He will not hurt anyone because he will be saying, “Come to me, I love you! Come and worship me! I am your creator!] and power was given him over all kindred’s, and tongues, and nations. [WORLD WIDE RELIGIOUS SYSTEM]

    Verse eight: And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. [This is a deep verse. There is destiny in this verse! Your name is written in that book if you understand the truths written in the WORD of GOD. There are people in this world right now who are beginning to have their eyes opened to the truth, and are beginning to be sealed with the seal of God in their minds.]

    Verse nine: If any man have an ear, let him hear. [That means do you understand? Listen up to this next verse.]

    Verse ten: He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: He that killeth by the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the Saints. [Who holds your soul captive?]

    Verse eleven: And I beheld another Beast coming up out of the earth: [This is another roll Satan will Play] and he had two horns like a lamb, [this is spelled with a small “L”, meaning this is not the real Jesus] and he spoke as a Dragon. [Playing the roll of the slick talking seducer snake-in-the-grass as he did in the Garden of Eden. Spiritual seducing. This is a spiritual war not a bloody war. The war of the mind.]

    Verse twelve: And he exersizeth all the power of the first Beast [One World System] Before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein [all except the Elect who know the truth] to worship the first Beast, whos deadly wound was healed. [He will then have ONE WORLD CONTROL!]

    Verse thirteen: And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from Heaven on the earth in the sight of men. [He will be able to snap his fingers or something like that and cause fire or lightning to come down. Now most people on this earth will be deceived because they are not mentally equipped to handle such things as that. People who are expecting Jesus first will think he IS Jesus!]

    Verse fourteen: And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the Beast; [the ONE WORLD SYSTEM of people] saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the Beast, [worship this system and make it work, be faithful to it.] which had the wound by a sword, [the ELECT with the WORD of GOD] and did live.

    Verse fifteen: And he had power to give life unto the image of the Beast, that the image of the Beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the Beast should be killed. [This means that he could make that ONE WORLD SYSTEM work. And those who speak out against him and these systems will be brought up before him where he will try to convince them that he is Jesus! Come to save the world!]

    Verse sixteen: And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: [What is in your forehead? It is your mind. The mark in the hand means to do the work of, or help along the work of these systems. It is not a bar code or any kind of a tattoo anywhere on your body. Satan is a whole lot smarter than that! It is “in” your mind; what you think!]

    Verse seventeen: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the Beast, or the number of his name. [What is the “NUMBER of HIS NAME”? It will be a little rough going for the ELECT but GOD will provide. Just do not “TAKE THAT MARK”! You may even have to do a little pretending or depending on others but do not be deceived!]

    Verse eighteen: Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the BEAST: for it is the number of a man; and his number is six hundred threescore and six. [666. This word “count” in the Greek dictionary of the Bible means to count by numbering stones worn smooth over a long period of time, and it means that this “MARK” has been since the beginning of the foundation of the world.

    In the Old Testament in the Book of Exodus chapter 30, Moses tells the children of Israel to take the sum of their number and give a “Ransom for his soul” unto the Lord. This was in the form of a tax used for the tithe of the tabernacle. The numbering was done in order to keep track of the true Blood Line of the children of Israel, as you can be sure that Moses knew what had happened in the Garden of Eden, since it is said he wrote the BOOK! Satan was the “stone” of the foundation of the Kenites and of the off-spring of the bad angels or Fallen Ones sometimes they are called. In Matthew chapter 24 verse 32 after Jesus had given the seven seals he told you to " learn a parable of the fig tree". Do you really know the parable of the fig tree? What was hidden under the fig leaves of Eves womb?

    Jesus is the “STONE” of the foundation of the true children of God. Who is your “STONE of FOUNDATION”? Jesus Christ paid that Ransom for your soul once and for all times when he gave up His life and shed his precious blood for your sins on that old rugged cross!
